We've been in lockdown here in New Zealand for around 7 weeks; 4 of those weeks were possibly some of the strictest of Covid-19 lockdowns in the world.
(I'll spare you the speech about my support for that and how much I love Jacinda - but seriously, how good is Jacinda?!)
Despite holding onto my full time day job and working from home throughout these weeks, I needed something else to keep my mind occupied and not focus on how the walls seemed to be moving in on us.
I decided to keep a sketch-a-day lockdown diary, illustrating mundane or prominent items from my day over the initial 4 weeks.
Here's a snapshot of the project, finished with a shining negroni... That I'm still waiting for.
